The Westchester County Health Department will host a free rabies clinic at the New Rochelle Humane Society on Sunday, Oct. 26, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Free rabies vaccinations will be given to county residents who own dogs, cats or ferrets. Cats and ferrets must be in carriers, and dogs must be on a leash.
