NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Public Library board of trustees welcomed two new members this week after a pair of locals were sworn in by library officials. New Trustees Charles F. Burke Jr. and Damon Maher were sworn in by board President Haina Just-Michael and library Director Thomas Geoffino at a small private ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 2. In New Rochelle, trustees serve four-year terms once they are elected.
