NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The search is on for the gunman that put a bullet in a man's back late on Sunday night near Lincoln Park in New Rochelle. According to police, an investigation is ongoing as they seek the suspect who began firing his weapon at approximately 9 p.m. on Sunday in the vicinity of the park's basketball courts.
