NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle City Council unanimously approved RDRXR as its master developer as the city prepares for a dramatic downtown overhaul. With RDRXR a combination of Renaissance Downtowns and RXR Realty chosen, the city will now work with them to develop a "consensus-driven, mixed-use, transit-oriented proposal" that will re-imagine various parts of New Rochelle.
