Over the past year, Vigilant Resources International, a major private investigations firm out of New York City, worked for the City School District of New Rochelle to investigate allegations of corruption in the New Rochelle school system. They were hired by then-Interim Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Korostoff who retired at the end of last year.
