NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Daniel Webster Elementary School in New Rochelle is celebrating Black History Month today with an evening of poetry and performances beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the school, located at 95 Glenmore Drive. Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Laura Bowmon of the Poets Corner and poet John Robertson will serve as special guest speakers.
