The Association of Division III Independents has named The College of New Rochelle women's basketball forward Jah-Leah Ellis its Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of January. Ellis averaged a team-leading 19.2 points, 13.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.4 steals per game in leading The College of New Rochelle to a 3-2 January.
