The New Rochelle Rowing Club building, once deemed historic by city officials, could soon be torn down, in part because the structure has fallen into severe disrepair . The City Council is scheduled to vote tonight whether to approve a demolition contract with Capital Industries Corp. for a little over $120,000 to raze the structure.
