NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The board of advisers of the Westchester Community Foundation has announced the appointment of New Rochelle resident Dr. Nancy Roberson Jasper to the board. Jasper is an assistant professor at Columbia University Medical Center's OB/GYN department and holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and an M.D. from the Boston University School of Medicine.
