NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The third annual Latino Youth Leadership Conference, hosted by New Rochelle High School, will be held Saturday from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. in the Whitney Young Auditorium. More than 400 Latino teens from eight Westchester, Rockland and Sullivan county schools will gather at New Rochelle High School to take part in a forum for teens to build their skills, celebrate their strengths and be inspired by successful Latino role models.
