A New Rochelle man is facing hundreds of charges - 162 counts each of violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment - after allegedly sending texts to a Greenwich CT woman that included a threat to kill her. Greenwich Police arrested the 33-year-old man on April 9 after obtaining an arrest warrant that also charges him with one count of threatening.
