The family of New Rochelle resident Michael Stafford is desperate to find the 29-year-old who fell into the Hudson River last week, but they are frustrated by the lack of response by the Poughkeepsie police, reports News 12 Westchester . According to the department, personnel searched for Stafford after the report that he fell into the river on April 2, but the department stopped the search the next day, in part because it is not equipped with a boat.
