A sculpture created by internationally acclaimed artist Charles Fazzino to honor New Rochelle's 325th Anniversary will be installed at City Hall on Friday at 4:00 p.m. The piece, titled "The 325th Anniversary of New Rochelle" is meant to depict the best of New Rochelle over the last 100 years.
