Latimer Calls For Installation Of I-95 Express EZ Pass Tolls

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. In an effort to reduce congestion and increase the flow of traffic on I-95, Sen. George Latimer is calling on the state Thruway Authority to install high-speed EZ Pass tolls at the New Rochelle Toll Plaza.
