Victim In Pelham Shooting ID'd; NYPD Cop Fired Gun

The New Rochelle man who was allegedly shot six times by an off-duty NYPD officer in Pelham on Tuesday night, April 29, has been identified as Joseph Felice, 47, and he is expected to recover, according to LoHud.com.
