Noodles -- and lots of them -- are the mainstay at Moon Rabbit Noodle Bar, a Japanese-Korean-inspired restaurant in New Rochelle that took the place of Latin eatery Cienega. The new family friendly eatery opens Friday at 179 Main St. and is owned by the same husband/wife team who created Cienega.
