NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce has scheduled its 51st annual Thanksgiving parade for Saturday, Nov. 22, beginning at 10 a.m. The parade is scheduled to start on North Avenue in front of New Rochelle High School, moving south toward downtown. The route then turns right onto Main Street, with a reviewing stand in front of Memorial Plaza.
