New Rochelle Police and Fire Departments responded to reports of flames coming from the roof of a business located at 28 Webster Avenue, the site of County Beverage early Sunday morning. Police arrived on scene at about 4:30 a.m. to find a car parked up against a nearby building fully engulfed in flames.
