Jane Ellen Dawson, 87, Longtime New Rochelle Resident

Jane Ellen Dawson, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, N.Y., formerly of Irvington, N.Y., and most recently of Smyrna, Ga., died Oct. 22. She was 87. Dawson is survived by her children, Jeanne Dawson, of Coventry, R.I., Nancy O'Leary of Smyrna, and John Dawson of Irvington, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandsons. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, William Dawson.
