The New Rochelle Public Library has planned several events this month to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the beginning of World War I. NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Public Library has planned several events this month to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the beginning of World War I. On Sunday, Nov. 16, historian and musician Rick Spencer will sing in the narrated concert "To End All Wars: Music of World War One." The concert will be held from 3-4 p.m. in the Ossie Davis Theater.
