HARRISON, N.Y. New York State Police in Somers on Tuesday arrested Larisa Y. Voronina, 42, of New Rochelle at about 2:25 a.m. for driving while intoxicated. Voronina was stopped on Interstate 684 in the town of Harrison for speeding at 85 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to police.
