The City School District of New Rochelle is close to selecting a new Business Manager and has now begin interviews for a new Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, sources familiar with the process tell talk of the Sound. The contract for Assistant Superintendent for Business & Administration John Quinn expired on June 30, 2014 and was not renewed as a result of reporting by Talk of the Sound that exposed system waste, fraud and abuse on his watch as the District's Business Manager.
