NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson will be among the hundreds of brave local souls set to take a dip in the frigid water at Glen Island Park to raise money for Special Olympics New York. The Polar Plunge will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 15 at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle.
