Police: Person found dead in burning car in New Rochelle

Firefighters discovered the body inside a car that was up in flames in a New Rochelle parking lot. The discovery was made after fire crews responded to the burning vehicle in a parking lot at Webster Avenue and Pine Street just after 5:30 a.m. More than 10 firefighters worked to quell the flames in about 20 minutes.
