Bronx teen Tiffany Tavarez gets Mariano Rivera Scholarship from New York Yankees legend

The 18-year-old is the first person in her family to go to college. Tiffany Tavarez started her freshman year at the College of New Rochelle this week, all thanks to former Bronx Bomber Mariano Rivera.
