Over the past three months, we have been asking readers for help in locating former New Rochelle Schools Administrator and Level 2 Sex Offender Jose Martinez who raped at least one student in a New Rochelle school where he worked and served just 100 days in jail before being released on 10 years probation in 2011. At the time, the Westchester County District Attorney's office defended the deal on the grounds that the victim would not have to testify and Martinez would be incarcerated for the full 10 years if and when he violated probation which the DA's office expected he would.
