NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Downtown New Rochelle was shut down on Sunday afternoon, as local organizations and businesses took over Main Street for the second annual Street Fair and Music Festival. The smells and sound of summer filled the air, as nearly 100 street vendors, organizations, artists and merchants lined Main Street between Centre and North Avenue on Sunday afternoon for one of the city's latest events.
