NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The College of New Rochelle has recently become a full member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference . The conference's board of directors voted to accept the college, which will now be eligible to participate and win any of the conference's championships and awards, utilize its officiating services and take advantage of other benefits available.
