Three fugitives took Westchester County police on a wild chase through New Rochelle on Tuesday afternoon that tore through three Hill Street yards before coming to a crashing halt on a deck. Police are searching for two men who reportedly stole a Porsche Cayenne at gunpoint in New Rochelle on Sunday night, News 12 Westchester reports.
