New Rochelle's annual Halloween Bash for children ages two through six will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Hugh Doyle Center, 94 Davis Ave. In addition to the Parks and Recreation Department, other sponsors for the event are the Office for the Aging and the Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau.
