The New Rochelle Public Library will be holding several events through February and March for interested residents of the community. City Manager Charles "Chuck" Strome will be speaking at the League of Women Voters' "Coffee and Conversation" event on Feb. 27. The free program, which is open to all, will include a brief presentation by Strome, followed by a question and answer session.
