The New Rochelle City School District invites parents to a free communitywide digital media event that will focus on monitoring kids' digital presence on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at New Rochelle High School. The presentation will be held in the Whitney Young Auditorium.
