State Bond Act On The Ballot Includes Funds For New Rochelle Schools

If approved by voters on Nov. 4, the third proposal of the Smart Schools Bond Act, endorsed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, would give the City School District of New Rochelle more than $3.5 million in funding to help students thrive in the economy of today and tomorrow.
