Stephen W. Lorusso, 94, Of Mount Vernon, Owned Wakefield Oil Co.

PELHAM/NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Stephen W. Lorusso, a longtime resident of Pelham and New Rochelle, died Oct. 19. He was 94. Lorusso was born March 22, 1920, in Mount Vernon, to Donato and Rose Lorusso. He worked alongside his brother and father, starting in the ice and coal delivery business that transitioned into what became the Wakefield Oil Co.
