NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. New Rochelle firefighters were treated to a grizzly scene on Sunday morning, Nov, 16, after extinguishing a car fire and discovering a dead body in the back seat. Shortly before 6 a.m., police and firefighters responded to a reported car fire outside of County Beverages on Webster Avenue.
