NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce announced the selection of WVOX President David O'Shaughnessy as grand marshal of the annual New Rochelle Thanksgiving Parade. O'Shaughnessy also is the president of Whitney Media, the parent company of both WVOX and its sister radio station WVIP.
