The Red Cross announced that there would be two opportunities to donate blood in Westchester County during January -- National Blood Donor Month -- in New Rochelle and North Salem. The first blood drive will take place at the New Rochelle Public Library on Tuesday, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The library is at One Library Plaza on Lawton Street in New Rochelle.
