A federal judge dismissed a case from a New Rochelle veterans organization that claimed the city was violating its first Amendment Rights, according to LoHud.com. The United Veterans Memorial and Patriotic Association had long been responsible for replacing the American flag at the city armory, but in March 2013 it also added a Gadsden flag, which is now associated with the tea party, LoHud.com reported.
