Jimmy Bonanno, Anthony Raffa and Phil Rosetti were recently observed sitting, not working, while parked in E-72, Bonanno's District assigned vehicle, behind the Ward Elementary School. Bonanno and Raffa were suspended for 30 days by the City School District of New Rochelle as a first step towards termination proceedings.
