New Rochelle Police Investigate Serious Car Crash near Beth El Synagogue

Police have cordoned off an area on North Avenue near Quaker Ridge Road, in front of Beth El synagogue, closing off the southbound lane to all traffic. The area is being treated as a crime scene.
