The new owner of 300 Lighting Way, a 303,000-square-foot office building in Secaucus, has retained Cushman & Wakefield Inc. as the leasing agent for the property. Rugby Realty, a New Rochelle, N.Y.-based real estate firm, announced its choice to handle the seven-story building on Tuesday.
