Free Programs For Infants And Preschoolers At Libraries

A number of free and engaging programs for infants, toddlers and preschool children are being offered at the Main New Rochelle Public Library and the Huguenot Children's Library this fall. Participation is drop-in, on a first-come, first-served basis.
