Flooding has shut down the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound in New Rochelle, according to the state Department of Transportation, as the Hudson Valley continues to grapple with Tuesday's nor'easter nicknamed Storm Damon . The thruway closure runs from Exit 15 to Exit 8 , and will be closed for several hours, or well into the night, officials said.
