What do a local television anchor, a fashion icon's brother, an FM radio executive, a school head master and a contractor have in common? They're all part of a rock and roll band called "Sway" that plays in a host of venues around Southern Westchester. They are performing Saturday, Dec. 20, at Spectators in New Rochelle as part of a Toys for Tots Holiday party.
