NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Westchester County Legislator Jim Maisano is hosting his annual Toys for Tots event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 at Dudley's Parkview Restaurant, 94 Hudson Park Road in New Rochelle. Residents are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys for children and youth up to 18 years old.
