NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. A cabdriver dropping off three passengers he picked up at the Pelham train station on Friday, Dec. 12, was the victim of a carjacking, reports News 12 Westchester . The driver picked up the passengers around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
