An accident was reported on Route 100 in Somers just north of the intersection of Route 35 around 7 a.m. An earlier accident has resulted in stop-and-go traffic on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Webster Avenue in New Rochelle and Weaver Street in Scarsdale.
