NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. After reviewing dozens of artists' entries dating back to last year, New Rochelle officials have selected the man to bring an outdoor mural to life at one of the city's shopping districts. Officials with the New Rochelle Municipal Arts Commission have selected experienced painter Adam Daly to paint a mural on the side of the building at the corner of Main Street and Beechwood Avenue.
