New Rochelle OKs Storm Drain Improvements

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The Halcyon Park neighborhood in New Rochelle will receive some much needed flood mitigation courtesy legislation passed by the City Council this week. The neighborhood, just south of Iona College, has been the subject of dangerous, frequent flooding in recent years, as the East Coast has been plagued by seemingly annual "100-year storms."
