A stretch of southbound I-95 at Playland Parkway in Rye closed at 7:20 a.m. because of an accident. Further south, an accident is blocking the right lane of I-19 between Chatsworth Avenue in Larchmont and North Avenue/Cedar Street in New Rochelle.
